malfunctioning air conditioningcheck-out inflexibility
I was disappointed by few things. The air conditioning barely worked. The room got too stuffy, and sleep was difficult. I requested a late check-out because of a delayed flight but they do not grant it. I feel that for an airport hotel, more flexibility with check-out times should be an option.

The location was convenient for my early morning flight. Transportation to the city center via train was easy. The beds were comfortable.
The hotel is a long walk from the terminal. The initial staff member was not friendly. We would have had to pay extra for an early room. The room was tiny.

i stayed here one night after a flight cancellation! the room was spacious! it included tea and coffee facilities. free wi-fi was also available.
The digital key process was a bit confusing. I still needed a physical card for power.

the room service was a letdown. my chicken wings were burned and cold. a complementary bottle of water was available, but only for club members, a policy i found insulting, especially since i paid a premium for the room (it felt petty).
